Mental health week

Hello,
How are you doing?
This week may 2-8th is mental health week.
In health class we have been doing presentations on mental health. My group did our presentation on social anxiety and panic disorder. I have learned a lot about things that I didn't know about during all the presentations on mental health,. including eating disorders
Since it is mental health week I thought it would be good to tell you a few things.
This may 4th our school is wearing funny hats in support of mental health.
Mental health sometimes goes under the radar.  its not something a lot of people talk about, and people should talk about it more. The purpose of this is so people can be more aware of mental health, and maybe learn a thing or two.
     Anxiety can occur when
Being introduced to new people
Being teased or criticized
Being the centre of attention
Public speaking
Feeling insecure and out of place in social situations
Feeling embarrassed
Meeting people/making eye contact
Making/answering phone calls.
Some symptoms you might feel from anxiety is
Blushing
Nausea
Excessive sweating
Trembling or shaking
difficulty speaking
Dizziness or lightheadness
Rapid heart rate.
   Did you know that....
40 million Americans over the age of 18 are affected by anxiety.
Women are twice as likely to suffer from anxiety then men.
Anxiety may be hereditary.
