My New Years at Camp Moose Lake

Moose lake New Years
Today I woke up at 10:00 and watched some YouTube videos while I packed to go to camp moose lake.  Lately I have really liked watching old videos and romanatwood, if you don't know who that is you should look him up. Roman mostly does pranks, but he also has vlogs.
 When it was time for lunch I stopped packing and made myself a grilled cheese and chips with dip and carrots. I finished packing and I took everything downstairs.
 It took a while for us to pack everything up and get going, because we still had to pack the food and some of us weren't fully packed. We ended up leaving at about 3:00.
 When I started packing up the stuff, I noticed that my dad packed his ski's. Since one of my sisters wasn't coming because she had to work, I thought that me and my other sister would have space and we wouldn't have to sit beside each other. My dads ski's were in the way so we had to sit by each other.
 We stopped for supper at smitty's in stienbach with some other people who were also going to moose. When we got back in the car on the way to moose, I had a nap.
 We got to moose and unpacked the food in the main lodge and then went to go unpack our stuff in the mini lodge where we were staying.
We went back to the main lodge and Emily Sarah started to knit, I forgot my knitting in the mini lodge so I went back to get it.  After knitting we walked to Sarah's friends cabin to see fireworks.
 We got back and the cinnamon buns were already made. We usually assemble the cinnamon buns, but we were watching the fireworks so we were late. We were knitting and then it was the countdown to New Years. I can't believe I stayed up that late, but I had a nap on the way to moose so I could stay up late.
 I went to bed at about 1:00

Friday January 1st
This morning started off a little rocky. I'm sure no one wants to hear this, but we found bed bugs in the mini lodge. We had to put everything in the dryer and have showers, I'm not going to go into detail about this because it's gross!
 After all that was finished I went into the mini lodge and then me and Sarah made brownies for the trifle that we were going to make for dessert. By the time we finished everything it was lunch time, for lunch we had taco salad and for dessert we had mint ice cream and chocolate mocha ice cream.
 Emily and Sarah wanted to go tobogganing down the toboggan slide but I didn't want to go because I don't like it, I went outside anyways to watch and then I finally went down with Emily and then went back inside to make tea. When we all got back inside we finished making the trifle. It was a skor trifle, so I was crushing up the skor bits using a bowl. After many broken skor bits, the bowl broke and I felt bad so I cut it instead. Since there was glass on the skor pieces we had to throw them out, and these were the mini skor pieces. I ended up with maybe six or seven pieces. My sister just happened to take along the left over turtles we had at home, so we used those with the left over trifle we had. This day hasn't been very good.
 In the mean time I between making the trifle and waiting for supper, I sat on the couch and played on my iPad for a bit and some of us played Apples to apples.
 Supper was pork loin with potatoes green beans and ceasar salad and for dessert trifle.    
 We moved all our stuff from the mini lodge to finch, and set up our beds after supper.
Sarah and my sister went tobogganing again and I stayed inside and sat on the couch and watched people play heads up.
 We eventually went to bed at 12:00. It didn't really feel that late.

Saturday January 2nd
Today I got up around 9:00 and went into the main lodge to get breakfast. For breakfast I had a bagel with cream cheese. After breakfast we cleaned up our cabins and the main lodge this took a while so after we finished we had lunch. For lunch we had sandwiches and cookies for dessert.
We were all packed up to go but we couldn't leave yet because my sister went skiing with my cousin. When they got back we finally went home, I slept on the way home.
